The processing of delay and disputes are assessed on a case by case basis based on the availability and quality of the contract programme in conjunction with the documented information pertaining to the project in delay.
Note: We are unable to act as “Expert Witness” or provide “Independent Opinion on Delay” if we have had any prior involvement on the project during the tender phase or execution phase.
